Due to high water levels in the River Sava the world championship programme for Thursday 9 September has been postponed.
Children from elementary schools in Most na Soči, Pirniče and Dragomelj visited Tacen and supported competitors.
Slovenian canoiests (in C1 and C2) were excellent in heats with all boats qualifying to the semfinals.
Category C1 (women) was the last of the day. Eva Terčelj from Slovenia ranked 20th.
Canoeists successfully completed their qualifying round. All three Slovenes secured their position in the semi-finals.
